Denise created BrightSide Success to help professionals stop reacting to their careers and start leading them with intention. Her coaching combines real executive experience with practical frameworks that build clarity, confidence, influence, and measurable career momentum.

Driven by a mission to "merge the human spirit with the power of technology," Liana focuses on bridging the gap between technical excellence and leadership presence. Liana holds an MBA from Purdue, a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from McGill University, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.
